Radiant Heart Revolution
Music and mantra are a big part of Kundalini Yoga classes. Below is a sample of Mantra music by Michelle you can find on Spirit Voyage.
KUNDALINI YOGA
-Each class begins with 'tuning in' by chanting the Adi Mantra (Listen Here)
-Pranayama/warm-ups
-Kriya ("...an orchestrated pattern of [postures], movements, sound, pranayam, mudras, concentration and meditation that automatically guide the energies of the body and the mind to a specific result or change of consciousness." -KRI) 
    Kriyas have varying length and rigorousness. Most times they produce a sweat, and challenge both our bodies and     minds. However, these exercises are designed so that all people can experience them, regardless of our level of physical health. This is a healing yoga, and as one of my teachers, Gurmukh, says, "If you don't start somewhere, then you'll be nowhere." 
-Relaxation (Savasana)
-Meditation (sometimes with mantra, sometimes without)
-Each class ends with the blessing song (The Long Time Sun Shine Song). 

These classes are 75-90 minutes long.
Class Descriptions:
ASHTANGA YOGA, as taught by Baba Hari Dass
Ashtanga means 'eight limbs' in Sanskrit. These eight limbs, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices and control of energy, or prana),  and dharana and dhyana (one-pointed concentration and meditation on the Divine), are each avenues, or parts of one large road (Yoga) to bring us into Union with our truest nature. Yoga means 'to yoke' or to 'unite' in Sanskrit. 

Class begins with centering, pranayama, and some warm-ups. The majority of the class is spent in a flow from one asana to the next, with pause for alignment and to deepen the experience of specific postures in each class. Breath control is emphasized, as well as body-awareness. Class ends with Savasana and sometimes a brief meditation. 

These classes are 75 minutes in length.
YIN YOGA
In Yin Yoga, the focus is on allowing time to open the body. There is no sense of 'pushing,' but rather surrendering into postures. Postures are mostly sitting or lying down, and they are held for up to 7 minutes each. The body stays 'cold' so that the fascia of the body can be stretched simply by holding the posture. Yin yoga is quite meditative in its nature, because there is not much movement, and so ample time to watch our minds, and to focus on the sensations occurring in our bodies. In this way it is a cooling, or feminine, approach to balancing body, mind, spirit.

These classes are usually 75 minutes long. Special Series can be 90 minutes, include meditation and longer deep relaxation.
SLOW-FLOWING YIN YOGA
This is a gentle and meditative class that flows with focus on the breath and slow, aware movements, as well as sustaining several yin postures within the flow. The class is designed to take the practitioner into a deepened state of relaxation and timelessness. In this state, full healing and releasing can occur.

These classes are 75 minutes in length.

HEALING FUSION YOGA
Back by request, Healing Fusion is an experience designed to flow with the needs of the group energy in each session. The main intention for this class is healing-- be it through dance and movement, laughter, meditation, singing, slow-flowing yin yoga, kundalini yoga, etc. This class is accessible for all, and intended to support the individual in his/her own personal journey within a group setting.

These classes are 75 minutes in length.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION - €80/$90
A private session class can be one-on-one, or booked for a small group of up to 3 people. Private classes give you a chance to ask more questions, discuss what is going on in your body and what might be appropriate to support your own physical and energetic needs. It is an excellent way to deepen your existing practice and move through any blockages or patterns that have formed that may be overlooked without personal guidance and attention. You will have the opportunity to find out more about which postures, kriyas or meditations are beneficial specifically to your body and energy type, as well as receive hands-on adjustments. Or if you choose, simply enjoy an hour of time in a guided class that is similar to a group class setting.

These sessions are 75 min in length.
